Beautify and Support Guilford

By Carolyn Stephan

The Guilford Garden Club extends its appreciation to the community for its support of its recent Wreath and Craft Boutique on Dec. 4, 2020. All proceeds are used to beautify and support Guilford needs. The Guilford Garden Club maintains planters and gardens around town, provides holiday decorations on Broad Street, awards scholarships to Guilford High School students, donates to many environmental groups, and supports the Guilford Tree Fund and the library. Due to the pandemic and the many needs of the community, anyone would like to contribute to our donation fund may mail a check to GGC, P.O. Box 608, Guilford, CT 06437.

During this holiday season, I encourage your readers to enjoy a relaxing stroll down Broad Street and view the street adorned with greenery roping and the traditional wreaths on the doors that are created by members as their gift to the community.

New members are welcome and can call 203-458-2015 for more information.
