Stony Creek Rubber Duck Race Benefits Orchard House
The first Stony Creek Rubber Duck Race was on Oct. 18 on the Branford River, with almost 1,000 ducks dropped from a bridge on Indian Neck Avenue to raise awareness and funds for the non-profit Orchard House Medical Adult Day Center in Branford. The event was hosted by John Cadillac Saville, with people watching from the road, on boats, and at the Stony Creek Brewery.
