Regional

Archdiocese of Hartford: All weekend and weekday Masses through April 30 are canceled at all Catholic churches of the Archdiocese in Hartford, Litchfield, and New Haven counties. 

Archdiocese of Norwich: All weekend and weekday Masses are canceled at all Catholic churches of the Archiocese in Middlesex, New London, Tolland, and Windham counties. 

Central Connecticut State University Campus: Closed.

Connecticut Courts and Administrative Offices: Courts are open for Priority 1 Business Functions. All jury trials, except those in progress, are suspended.

Connecticut State Police Troop F, Westbrook: Administrative and healthcare fingerprinting services are no longer available. 

CIAC High School Winter Sports Tournaments: Canceled.

Easter 'Egg' Stravaganza at Lyme Academy of Fine Arts, Old Lyme: Canceled. 

'Elvis My Way', Goodspeed Opera House: Canceled.

Gateway Community College, New Haven: Closed. 

Mercy High School: Closed through May 20. 

Middlesex Community College, Middletown: Closed.

Middlesex Hospital Vocal Chords Spring Concert: Original date: May 9. Canceled.

Mystic Seaport: Closed until further notice.

Neighborhood Music School, New Haven: Closed.

New Haven Ballet: Closed until further notice.

New Haven Public Schools: Closed indefinitely.

New Haven Symphony Orchestra Concerts: Concerts scheduled through May are canceled.

Regional Water Authority (RWA): In-person payment area closed until further notice.

Three Rivers Community College, Norwich: Closed.

Vinal Technical High School, Middletown: Closed until further notice.

VNA Community Healthcare and Hospice: All classes are canceled.

Wesleyan University Center for the Arts: All spring events and exhibitions are canceled. 

Xavier High School, Middletown: Closed until May 20.

Yale University Art Gallery: All public programs canceled until further notice.


Branford

As of March 16, The Town of Branford is strongly encouraging residents to utilize online resources as much as possible. At this time, all town departments will be staffed during normal business hours. BHCare Clothing Bank: Closed. No donations are currently being accepted. Do not leave donations outside of the doors; they will be discarded.

BHCare/PCRC: No walk-ins. 

Blackstone Library: Closed indefinitely. 

Branford Community House: All programs suspended. 

Branford Education hall of Fame Class of 2020 Induction Dinner: Original date: April 23. New date: April 22, 2021. 

Branford Festival: All activities are suspended.

Branford Parks and Recreation: All programs and activities suspended. 

Branford Public Schools: Closed.

Canoe Brook Senior Center: All programs and activities suspended. 

Daniel Cosgrove Animal Shelter: All volunteer activity suspended. Building is closed to walk-in visitors. Contact the shelter directly to schedule an appointment at 203-315-0684.

Duck Pond Learning Center: Closed.

East Shoreline Catholic Academy: Closed.

First Congregational Church: All services canceled. 

Learn & Play Christian Early Learning Center: Closed until further notice.

Mendillo Family Dentistry: Closed. Available on a case-by case basis for dental emergencies. 

Raven's Wing Yoga: Closed until further notice.

'Sweeney Todd' Branford High School Spring Musical: Postponed. TBA.

Willoughby Wallace Memorial Library: Closed until further notice. 


Chester

Chester Public Library: Closed. 

Montessori Circle of Friends: Closed until further notice. 

John Winthrop Middle School Production of 'Annie': Postponed. New date TBA.

Region 4 Public Schools: Closed until further notice. All academic, athletic, and extracurricular activities are canceled.

Town of Chester: All municipal buildings and facilities are closed until further notice. All municipal boards and commissions have suspended their meetings unless urgent business is before the board. Town Hall is closed to the public except by appointment.

United Church of Chester: Closed. No meals.

Valley Regional High School Production of 'Matilda, the Musical': Canceled.


Clinton

Clinton Budget Public Hearing: Original date: April 8. New date: May 6.

Clinton Business After Hours: Original date: April 29. Canceled.

Clinton Public Schools: Closed until further notice. 

Clinton Town Hall: All town government offices are closed to the public except by appointment. 

First Church of Christ UCC: All services canceled.

Henry Carter Hull Library: Closed until further notice.

J Crew: Closed.

'Matilda: the Musical': Postponed to May 22 to 24. All current ticket holders will be honored.

Red Cross Blood Drive: Original date: April 20. Canceled. 


Deep River

All Hair and Nail Salons, Barber Shops, and Businesses Offering Massages, Tanning, and Beauty Services: Closed.

Cappella Cantorum: May 3 Concert is canceled. All Cappella Cantorum activities are canceled. 

Deep River Fire Department Annual Lime Sale: Canceled.

Deep River Public Library: Closed. Limited curbside pick-up is available. Acrylic Artist Show and opening reception is canceled.

Deep River Town Auditorium: All events canceled until further notice. 

Deep River Town Hall: Closed. Town offices will be open by appointment only.

Incarnation Center Programs: Nature's Playground After School, Bushy Hill School Programs, The Steward School, All Conferences, Schoolmates Preschool, and Nature's Classroom are canceled through April 6. 

John Winthrop Middle School Production of 'Annie': Postponed. New date TBA.

Region 4 Public Schools: Closed until further notice. All academic, athletic, and extracurricular activities are canceled.

The Nest Coffee House: Closed and all Nest Gatherings are canceled until further notice.

Valley Regional High School Production of 'Matilda, the Musical': Canceled.

Winthrop Baptist Church: No Sunday worship and no bible study until further notice. 


East Haven

East Haven Lions Club Military Whist: Original date: May 1. Postponed.

East Haven Public Schools: Closed until further notice.

East Haven Senior Center: Closed until further notice. Senior shuttle bus service will also be suspended.

Hagaman Memorial Library: Closed until further notice. 

Irish American Community Center: No bingo.

Old Stone Church Early Learning Center: Closed until further notice.


Essex

Community Music School: All lessons, classes, rehearsals, and concerts are suspended until further notice. Annual gala is postponed. New date TBA.

Essex Public Library: Closed indefinitely. Please do not returns items in book drop or leave in doorways.

Essex Town Hall: Closed except by appointment. 

The First Baptist Church in Essex: Closed. No meals. 

Ivoryton Playhouse: "The Great Gatsby" - canceled. "Forbidden Broadway Comes to Ivoryton" - postponed to May 27. 

Ivoryton Public Library: Closed indefinitely. All fines will be waived during closure. 

John Winthrop Middle School Production of 'Annie': Postponed. New date TBA.

Our Lady of Sorrow: No religious education.

Region 4 Public Schools: Closed until further notice. All academic, athletic, and extracurricular activities are canceled.

Trinity Lutheran Church: No worship services.

Guilford

All-School Morning Meetings in Elementary Schools: Canceled.

Guilford Art Center: 'True Vision' Exhibition - canceled.

Guilford Citizen Police Academy: Postponed indefinitely. 

Guilford Community Center: Closed until further notice. 

Guilford Free Library: Closed until further notice. All library-sponsored programs through March have been suspended. 

Guilford High School Theatre Arts Production 'Into the Woods': Restructure TBA.

Guilford High School Woolsey Hall Concert: Canceled.

Guilford High School Yale Rep Field Trip: Canceled.

Guilford Parks and Recreation: All activities canceled until further notice. All senior activities and programs are canceled.

Guilford Public Schools: Closed until further notice. 

Knights of Columbus: No bingo. 

Project: Music Heals Us: May 15 concert is "on hold."

St. George Council Knights of Columbus: No Monday night bingo until further notice. 

Women and Family Life Center: All programs canceled until further notice.


Killingworth

Killingworth Library: Closed. All programs through April are canceled. Checked out items will not be due until the library re-opens; all fines are suspended during closure. 

Regional School District 17: Closed until further notice. All March and April extra-curricular activities involving groups of over 100 people are canceled or postponed. 8th-grade Washington, D.C. field trip has been postponed to June 3, 4, & 5. 


Madison

Madison Chamber of Commerce: All Chamber sponsored events scheduled until May 1 have been canceled or postponed. 

Madison Lyric Stage: Suor Angelica and Erwartung have been canceled.

Madison Police Department: No fingerprinting. No vendor permits issued. 

Madison Public Schools: Closed indefinitely. 

Madison Senior Center: Closed until further notice. All activities, programs, transportation, lunches, and rentals are canceled or postponed. Meals on Wheels lunches will continue. Senior Center Staff will be available by phone during business hours. 

RJ Julia Booksellers: All author events through the first week of April are canceled. 

Scranton Library Friends Book Sale: Postponed. New date TBA.

Scranton Public Library: Closed until further notice. All public programming suspended until further notice. Book drop is open, but no late fees will be charged while library is closed. 

Susan Powell Fine Art: Closed.

Town of Madison: Town offices closed to the public until further notice. All public playgrounds are closed.


North Branford

ACES Center for Autism Spectrum and Developmental Disorders: Closed until further notice.

North Branford Land Conservation Trust: Talk: Learn About Connecticut's Changing Forest. Original date: April 8. New date TBA. 

North Branford Public Library: Closed until further notice. 

North Branford Public Schools: Closed until further notice. All non-essential meetings and gatherings have been canceled or postponed.

North Haven Camera Club: All March meetings are canceled.

North Haven Public Schools: Closed until further notice. All concerts, dances, shows, banquets, PTA meetings are postponed. All out-of-district field trips are canceled for March.

North Haven Senior Center: Closed until further notice.

North Haven Town Pool: Closed until further notice. 

Town of North Haven: All upcoming town events, gatherings, and non-essential meetings are suspended. 


Old Saybrook

Acton Public Library: Closed until further notice. 

The Children's Tree Montessori: Closed until further notice. 

Estuary Council of Seniors: Senior Center closed until further notice. Meals on Wheels will continue uninterrupted. Medical transportation services has been suspended. Estuary Thrift Shop is closed and donations are not being accepted; do not leave items outside the building. All programs, activities, and clubs - including gym and AARP tax services - are suspended. No appointments are being taken. Please call 860-388-1611 and listen closely to the message for updates as these services may continue to change daily. 

The Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center: All performances through April 30 are postponed.

Old Saybrook Garden Club May Market: Original date: May 8 and 9. Canceled.

Old Saybrook Historical Society Stevenson Archives: Closed. 

Old Saybrook Parks and Recreation: Indoor facilities are closed. 

Old Saybrook Public Schools: Closed until further notice. All out-of-state field trips and field trips where more than 100 people are expected to gather are canceled. Students participating in internships at medical facilities or in large groups will not be able to continue. All gatherings, assemblies, and after school events have been postponed or canceled. 

Old Saybrook Town Hall: Open for essential business by appointment. Contact the department you need to schedule an appointment. Boards and commission will conduct essential business via phone and meetings will be streamed for public viewing. 

Old Saybrook Youth and Family Services: All previously scheduled events, programs, and meetings for March have been suspended. 

'Thoroughly Modern Millie' Old Saybrook High School Musical: Postponed. New date TBA.


Westbrook

Valley Shore YMCA: Closed until further notice.
