In today’s unprecedented times, the May observation of Mental Health Awareness Month is more important than ever.

To help raise awareness for and support mental health, Privé-Swiss Wellness will extend complimentary services to the community this month, including:

• On Tuesdays: Meditation with Mindfulness-Based Life Coach and Therapist Elizabeth Hale-Rose, LCSW, CPC. Free 60-minute group meditations via Zoom Video, with details on the Privé-Swiss Wellness Facebook and Instagram feeds.

• On Fridays: Coach-Talk-Live Sessions with Executive Life Coach Ellen Wasyl, MBA, CLC. Free 30-minute private and confidential, one-on-one sessions via Zoom video or Uber conference call are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sessions can be booked at possibilityexperience.as.me/coachtalklivewithellen.

• Daily: Privé-Swiss Wellness will post daily inspirational mental health posts on its Facebook (@priveswisswellness) and Instagram (@priveswisswellness) pages.
