On a recent night out on the town in New Haven, we figured why go to one restaurant when we can to three. We started at Claire’s, 1000 Chapel Street, for some hot drinks, then checked out the map right outside on the sidewalk and decided to wander over to Salsa Fresca Mexican Grill, 51 Broadway, which had two little tables outside. We got an order of Fire on the Mountain Nachos. And then we walked back over to Arethusa Farm Dairy, 1020 Chapel Street, for some ice cream cones. While we were eating them, chatting while sitting on the stone wall across the street, we ran into a co-worker we had not seen in a year, also eating an ice cream cone. I almost cried I was so happy to see her. All in all, it was a good night out on the town.—Pem McNerney
