Madison’s Jacques Pépin and his daughter Claudine are hosting a special hour-long Zoom webinar showcasing classic cooking and knife skills, on Friday, May 14 at 6:30 p.m. They’re promising great conversations, lots of laughs and joie de vivre, and best of all, that proceeds from the event will support the Jacques Pépin Foundation’s 2021 grants program.
