The outdoor deck is open at Shell & Bones Oyster Bar and Grill, on the waterfront in the historic City Point area of New Haven, at 100 S. Water Street, and a few new drinks are on the menu. The Mediterranean Spiced Mint Julep includes pomegranate, honey, galangal powder (ginger family), mint, Maker’s Mark, and fever tree ginger beer. The Aloha ‘Oe mixes in house juiced punch (mango, strawberry, cranberry, and orange) with toasted coconut rum, avocado orgeat, and a kraken rum floater. And the Spring 75 features Uncle Val’s gin, with lavender simple syrup, and bubbles. Next up? Frose. Visit www.shellandbones.com to find out more.—Pem McNerney
