Police Incident Report for Jan. 6 to 12

The Source publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in Madison and Killingworth. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Madison

Wednesday, Jan. 6

• A 63 year-old man of Pent Road was arrested at 12:48 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Thursday, Jan. 7

• A 45 year-old man of Beekman Place was arrested at 3:13 p.m. and charged with threatening in the second degree and violation of a standing criminal restraining order.

• A 37 year-old man of Cohasset Lane was arrested at 9:22 p.m. and charged with assault on the third degree on a person age 60 or older or who is handicapped for pregnant and violation of a protective order.

Friday, Jan. 8

• A 21 year-old Branford man was arrested at 10:51 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway.

• A theft was investigated at 682 Green Hill Road at 4:05 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 9

No arrests were made.

• A robbery was investigated at 128 Samson Rock Drive at 2:18 p.m.

Sunday, Jan. 10

• A 36 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 7:49 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway following a motor vehicle stop on Route 79 near Durham Road.

• A theft of license plates was investigated at 41 Lovers Lane at 9:39 a.m.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on the 2000 block of Durham Road at 4:34 p.m.

• Neighbor trouble was investigated on Beekman Place at 8:40 p.m.

Monday, Jan. 11

No arrests were made.

• Threatening/harassment was investigated at 170 Mungertown Road at 11:23 a.m.

Tuesday, Jan. 12

No arrests were made.

• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 59 Johnson Lane at 12:07 p.m.

• A complaint about identity theft was investigated at 4 Governors Way at 3:31 p.m.

Killingworth

Wednesday, Jan. 6 to Tuesday, Jan. 12

No arrests were made.
